whether a person becomes lost locally or far from home. Assistance is
available 24 hours, every day, whenever a person is lost or found.
To register the individual
with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia, you will need to
provide the name, address, phone number, date of birth, height, weight,
eye and hair colors, race, medical conditions like diabetes or allergic
reactions, critical medications that must be taken to sustain life and
distinguishing characteristics. |
